Yes, I have disagreed with my colleague because I believe we must always try to do things in the right way. My colleague wanted to take a shorter way that was filled with risks but I was not willing to do so.

A decade ago, when I was a teenager who was the first time traveling on a flight. I had an amazing experience with a woman who was a member of a crew, as I was not aware of the things that I am supposed to do while on a place. She politely taught me everything one by one with a smile. I think that service is what has stuck in my head forever.
8. Describe a situation at work, you wish you had handled differently.
Once while I was having dinner with my colleagues, we discussed the rough working hours of our job. In that situation, I think I should have made relevant points about the positive aspects of the job and handled it in a better way.

I think the most challenging aspect of this job is to be far away from my family and friends. Being grown up in a big family I am attached to my family as well as childhood friends whom I miss when I am away from home for work.

I think my weakness is not being a good listener, I intend to develop this habit because it is quite required in my profession. Currently, I am working on it continuously and wish to improve it in no time.

I think people choosing the Aviation sector must be well prepared for it. I don’t mind working irregular hours or even on holidays. I understand the needs and take full responsibility to give my best in every way I can as and when required.

You are well aware of all my educational qualifications and achievements. I would like to add that I am an artist as well who likes to draw and paint in my free time.
15. What languages do you speak?
Hindi is my mother tongue but having studied in a convent school I am good at English too. Apart from these two main languages, I also know French which I learned when I was in graduation because I thought it could help me in the career I wish to build.
16. What would you do if you saw that one of the team members was not following the rules?
I think everybody must follow the basic rules in public places because that shows our values. Whenever I see that someone is not following the rule, I go and talk to that person. If you politely mention the rules they have been ignoring, it would be quite an appropriate work to do.

I am most proud of the experience I had with an old lady. Once an old lady boarded the plane and she was scared as she was alone. I made her comfortable and helped her with her things. I think we all should respect and help elderly people in the best possible ways we can.

Upset customers sometimes get very angry and lose control. I would first listen to their grievances quietly and sympathize with her or him. Then, I would apologize for the mistake and tell them that’s I’ll solve the problem as fast as possible. It is very important for you that customers believe in you and your services.
