Answer: “I have been part of this retail industry for more than 2 years and I absolutely love working in this industry. Apart from that, I like learning new things, new skills, and gain new experiences. My hobbies include reading books, as well as blogging. Answer: “I have been following his brand for a long time, I love the products and I am a big fan of its retail services. Question 4. How would you deal with an upset customer?
Answer: “if I find a customer unhappy or upset, I would first find out what is wrong with the customer and what issues are they facing. If the issue is related to some product or service, I would try to offer them the best possible solution like replacing the product with another one and responding to any of the queries I would first check the return and exchange policies of the company. My ultimate goal will be not to let customers return upset and I will make myself familiar with all the Best Buy Policies before starting my job.”

Answer: “I am willing to work for any hour slots and any shift, as I am at a very initial stage of my career and I do not have any other responsibilities on my plate, I am willing to work on the holidays and weekends as well.”

Answer: “I would put the best of my efforts to provide the customer with excellent customer service. I am always willing to help the customer in finding the products they are searching for and I would make sure that the store is presentable as the displays are well kept and all the products are in availability. To give the best service I will make sure that they don’t have to wait for a lot of time in the waiting line and in the checkout lines as well.”

Answer: “One of my greatest strengths is my conflict management and my problem-solving skills. They help me a lot in the challenging situations of upset or angry customers. And I think it helps to do my job a lot better.”

Answer: “My biggest weakness is that I seek perfection a lot but sometimes it does not help you in doing your job while managing your time. And I have realized that one should always choose progress over perfection to keep getting better at my job.”

Answer: “Team members always have each other’s back. The other member fills the void of the skills that another person lacks and you get to learn a lot when you are in a team. Answer: “In such a scenario, I would surely ask that customer to wait to tell the rest of the story after I help the other customers as I simply cannot avoid them or neglect what they are saying.”

Answer: “I would let the manager know about it and let them handle the situation their way.”

Answer: “A supportive and responsible manager is the one who can bring out the best in me.
