Answer: “I have been part of this retail industry for more than 2 years and I absolutely love working in this industry. Question 4. How would you deal with an upset customer?
Answer: “if I find a customer unhappy or upset, I would first find out what is wrong with the customer and what issues are they facing. If the issue is related to some product or service, I would try to offer them the best possible solution like replacing the product with another one and responding to any of the queries I would first check the return and exchange policies of the company. My ultimate goal will be not to let customers return upset and I will make myself familiar with all the Best Buy Policies before starting my job.”

Answer: “I am willing to work for any hour slots and any shift, as I am at a very initial stage of my career and I do not have any other responsibilities on my plate, I am willing to work on the holidays and weekends as well.”

Answer: “I would put the best of my efforts to provide the customer with excellent customer service. I am always willing to help the customer in finding the products they are searching for and I would make sure that the store is presentable as the displays are well kept and all the products are in availability. Answer: “In such a scenario, I would surely ask that customer to wait to tell the rest of the story after I help the other customers as I simply cannot avoid them or neglect what they are saying.”
