I knew that I was lacking behind with the speed of my work though I tried my best to improve on that part. The main problem was with the communication and soft skills. Of course, I practised both of them with all my efforts and interest but I knew that somewhere I lacked both. But, in some way, I feel that if the communication in the working environment was better the things would have been totally different now.
